WHy isn't this already a thing?
Perhaps a way to build a device that can be installed into existing toilets, without drilling a hole through the cover, would be to activate some kind of fairly sensitive device, not unlike a mouse trap, by moving a magnet, on the exterior of the tank. In contrast to some sort of radio control, being entirely mechanical such a solution would not require batteries.
If such a gadget were available at HomeDepot, for a reasonable price, and it was easy to install, I would not hesitate to buy it. I also wish there existed some sort of garbage disposal type motorized turbine with sharp stainless steel blades, built into the toilet, so I could unclog it without reaching for a plunger.
I think they have that show on Disney now...
Upvote for ridiculousness.
Sounds exquisitely painful. Might require a disclaimer.
