Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. who are 18 years-of-age or older and not employed by Sponsor or ideaphore.

Ideation contests begin as soon as they are posted live on the Site and end either on the expiry date listed or when 50 ideas have been submitted, whichever comes last.

In the event of a tie, either more than one prize will be awarded or a tie breaking round of judging will occur, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the tie breaker round, the Judges will award the prize to the entry that is most creative and original, giving no weight to the remaining criteria. Judges may ignore or give cursory review to submissions with low Rank, Feedback, and Rating as well as submissions that are from duplicate or fake accounts, users with no prior history on the site, users with a history of abuse of the Site’s Terms of Use, or submissions that appear to constitute infringement of copyright or other Intellectual Property of another user or a third party or otherwise violate the Terms of Use.
